Working for Everyone shares the stories of mature-aged job seekers struggling to find work in Australia. Through data visualisation we conveyed how the world of work has changed since the 1970s and with interactive tools we help job seekers identify skills and resources to support them in their job search.
Working for Everyone: Enhancing employment services for mature aged job seekers was made for the Brotherhood of St Laurence Research and Policy Centre, in partnership with the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation – Eldon & Anne Foote Trust.
The project was created in close collaboration with the Research and Policy Centre project team and with the jobactive staff, mature age job seekers, and employers who generously shared their time and insights.
