Commissioned by the Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria (ECCV).

Developed in consultation and codesign with the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria's (ECCV) wide metropolitian and regional network, the design and development of the platform took into account how information was delivered, how people wanted to be spoken to and how useful the information was for real-life application. Content that would have otherwise been presented in a booklet format is now accessible through in-language guided vocabulary and knowledge games, social-style digestible topics, community video stories, and a Practise Calling 000 experience using voice recognition to guide users through what to expect in an emergency call. that feel familiar and accessible to users of all ages and varying technical literacy levels.
